Open spots filled with families who enroll

Parents shortlist two or three centers near home or work, tour, and decide. We get you on that shortlist, book the tour from the first inquiry, follow up after it, and count results at the paid enrollment.

Where the budget leaks

What we find in childcare ad accounts

  1. 01

    Inquiries that wait until tomorrow

A parent fills in your form at nine at night. Your director sees it the next afternoon, between classrooms. By then the family has called two other centers.

  2. 02

Tours that end with “we'll talk it over”

Often the parent who tours is not the one who signs off on tuition. Without a clear next step, and follow-up that reaches both parents, the family goes quiet.

  3. 03

    One ad for every classroom

Your openings are by age group. An “enrolling now” ad fills the rooms that are already full. Campaigns by program put the budget where the open spots are.

  4. 04

    The wrong radius

Families choose childcare near home or near work. Ads that run city-wide buy inquiries from families who will never drive to you.

  5. 05

Directory leads you pay for either way

Pay-per-lead directories charge for every inquiry, whether the family ever tours. Tracked links show which listings produce enrollments and which only produce invoices.

How we set it up

Everything runs toward the tour

What we buy

  • Searches for daycare, childcare, infant care and toddler programs near home and near work.
  • Meta ads to parents of young children inside your drive radius, by program.
  • Your center's own name, so a competitor doesn't take your brand searches.
Paid acquisition →

The tour page

  • One page per center or program, with the tour calendar on the page.
  • Real photos of your rooms and staff, the ages you take, your hours and your license.
  • A virtual tour for parents who can't come in during the day.
Landing pages and funnels →

Follow-up that runs without your director

  • A text and an email within minutes of every inquiry, with tour times to pick from.
  • Reminders the day before and the morning of the tour.
  • A two-week follow-up after the tour, written for both parents.
  • A waitlist that hears from you the day a spot opens.
Follow-up and show rate →

How we count it

  • Inquiries, booked tours, completed tours and paid enrollments by source.
  • Cost per paid enrollment by campaign, checked against your enrollment software.
Tracking and attribution →

The season

When the budget moves

  1. Two to three months before an intake

Pages, follow-up and tracking go live before the ad spend goes up.

  2. When spots open

The budget goes to the program with openings, and pauses for rooms that are full.

  3. Full with a waitlist

Ads ease off and follow-up keeps the waitlist warm for the next opening.

See it in practice

A school network whose programs run from infant and daycare through elementary, and a charter network where one cost-per-result number drove every decision.

Questions

What owners ask before they hire us

We're a single center. Is that too small?

No. The tour-first setup works the same for one center as for a network: a page that books the tour, follow-up that runs without your director, and enrollments traced to the source.

Do you work with our childcare software?

Yes. Follow-up and tracking get built around the enrollment or CRM tool you already use, and enrollments are reported from it.

Families tour and love it, then stop replying. Can you fix that?

That is the most common leak we see. A next step booked at the end of the tour, and two weeks of follow-up that reaches both parents, close most of it.

What does it cost?

A monthly retainer that covers the strategy and the work, scoped on the first call. You get the number in writing before anything starts, and we don't bill by the hour.
